The Barber family have been making cheddar cheese for longer than anyone else worldwide. So, when it comes to combining the finest West Country milk with traditional manufacturing methods to produce award-winning cheese, we'd like to think that we've learnt a thing or two.

Powerfully intense, with an exceptional depth of flavour, Barber’s 1833 Vintage Reserve Cheddar represents the pinnacle of two centuries of cheesemaking. Our full range of award-winning West Country cheddars, created and aged on our Somerset family farm for more than six generations.

Jaco Potgieter is a true South African winemaker. Born and bred in the wine country of the Western Cape, he lives and breathes his vineyards and is constantly preoccupied with ways to make better bolder truly South African wines. Jaco lives in Wellington with his wife and children and on any given day you will catch him roving around the diverse geographical wine regions in search of the perfect grapes for his journey of Tall Horse Wines.
